An entrepreneur and operator who has built multiple businesses from the ground up alongside his wife — without outside capital, investors, or shortcuts.
He was raised on a large cattle ranch in Central Oregon by his grandfather and great-grandfather, both war veterans, where he learned the value of hard work, discipline, and responsibility at an early age. He began working in his grandfather’s steel mill and fabrication shop, later transitioning into machining before pursuing further education.
He returned home with a clear vision — to build businesses of his own. He went on to found and grow companies, all rooted in a commitment to quality, people, and long-term sustainability.
At his core, he believes businesses are about people — providing opportunity, developing leaders, and serving customers and communities with integrity. His passion is not just building companies, but building organizations that last.
